Firefighters were called to a house fire on Cranmer Road in Hayes.
Crews tackled a small fire on the ground floor of a terraced house. Firefighters led two women and three children to safety via an internal staircase. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade’s 999 Control Officers gave vital fire survival guidance to residents on how to stay safe before firefighters arrived.
The Brigade was called at 2225 and the fire was under control by 2248. Fire crews from Hillingdon and Hayes fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
