Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a restaurant fire on Upper Street in Islington.
A small part of a ground floor restaurant with flats above was damaged by the fire. Six people left the building before the Brigade arrived. There were no reports of injuries.
The Brigade was called at 2236 and the fire was under control at 2302. Fire crews from Islington, Euston, Shoreditch and Holloway fire stations attended the scene.
The fire is believed to have been accidental caused by a charcoal burner.
