Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters tackled a fire on Horsenden Lane South in Perivale.
The roof of a row of derelict two-storey flats was destroyed by fire. One first floor flat was also destroyed. There were no reports of any injuries.
One of the Brigade's 32 metre turntable ladders was in use at the scene as a water tower to help fight the fire from height. The drone team were also in attendance to provide an aerial view of the incident for crews.
Road closures were in place and people were asked to avoid the area whilst firefighters worked to fully extinguish the fire.
The Brigade was called at 0014 and the fire was brought under control by 0214. Crews from Wembley, Northolt, Ealing, Acton and surrounding fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and Metropolitan Police.
