Sadly, a woman has died following a house fire on The Drive in Feltham.
Part of the ground floor of a two-storey semi-detached house was damaged by fire. A woman was rescued from the house by firefighters but she was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
The Brigade was called at 0745 and the fire was under control by 0831. Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters from Feltham, Heston and Twickenham fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
