Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a fire on Lees Road in Hillingdon.
Part of the roof and ground floor of a bungalow was damaged by fire. Two people left the property before firefighters arrived. They were treated at the scene by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Brigade's 999 Control Officers received nine calls about the incident.
The Brigade was called at 1142 and the fire was under control by 1232. Crews from Heston, Hayes, Ruislip and Ealing fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
