Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to a house fire on Rannoch Road in Hammersmith.
Firefighters tackled a fire at an end of terrace house where part of the third floor loft conversion was alight.
The Brigade was called at 1610 and the fire was under control by 1715. Fire crews from Hammersmith, Wandsworth, Paddington and other surrounding fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire will be investigated.
