Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters responded to reports of a fire at a house on Wendover Road in Park Royal on Friday evening.
Part of the ground floor was damaged by the fire. A staircase between the ground and first floor was also destroyed by the fire in the blaze. One man was rescued by firefighters from a first floor window via a short extension ladder and a second man was rescued from roof level with a nine metre ladder. Both men were treated on scene by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Brigade was called at 2054 and the fire was under control by 2207. Firefighters from Park Royal, North Kensington and Willesden attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
