Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a flat fire on St Peter’s Road in Kingston.
A small part of a four-roomed flat on the first floor of a residential block was damaged by fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 0426 and the fire was under control by 0507. Fire crews from Surbiton, New Malden, Kingston and Twickenham fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation
