Firefighters rescued a man from a maisonette fire on Burns Avenue in Feltham.
Part of the kitchen of a ground-floor maisonette was damaged by fire. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus rescued a man who was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service. Crews also rescued two dogs who are being cared for by neighbours.
The Brigade was called at 1541 and the fire was under control by 1629. Three fire engines and around 15 firefighters from Feltham and Twickenham fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
