Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters tackled a fire on Goldsdown Road in Brimsdown.
Most of a derelict single-storey clubhouse was damaged by fire. There have been no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade's 999 Control Officers received nine calls about the fire.
The Brigade was called at 2040 and the fire was brought under control by 2151. Crews from Enfield, Chingford, Edmonton and Southgate fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
