Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a maisonette fire on Bond Gardens in Wallington.
Most of the first and second floors of an end-of-terrace maisonette were damaged by fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1913 and the fire was under control by 2011. Fire crews from Wallington, Croydon and Mitcham fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
