Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a fire on Becklow Gardens in Shepherd's Bush.
Most of a derelict ground floor flat was damaged by fire. There have been no reports of any injuries at this time.
Road closures have been in place and people are advised to avoid the area whilst we remain on scene.
The Brigade's 999 Control Officers received eight calls about the fire.
The Brigade was called at 1441 and the fire was brought under control by 1547. Crews from Hammersmith, Chiswick and Kensington fire stations have attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
