Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters tackled a fire at a mid terraced shop with dwellings above on Gloucester Road in Kensington.
Part of the building was damaged by the fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
Control Officers received the call at 2135 and mobilised crews from Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham and surrounding fire stations to the scene. The fire was under control by 2228.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
