Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters tackled a fire at a disused building on Acre Road in Kingston.
A small part of the ground floor was damaged by the fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 2037 and the incident was over for firefighters at 2145. Crews from Kingston, Surbiton, New Malden surrounding fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and the Metropolitan Police Service.
