Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a fire at a pub with homes above on Pond Street in Hampstead.
A shared kitchen serving five studio flats was destroyed by the fire. Three women left the building before the Brigade arrived and were taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.
One of the Brigade’s 32-metre turntable ladders was used at the scene as an observation tower.
The Brigade was called at 2238 and the incident was over for firefighters at 0006. Firefighters from West Hampstead and Kentish Town fire stations attended the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
