Firefighters were mobilised to a police incident on Kingsland High Street in Hackney.
Specially trained crews were deployed to assist emergency service partners in treating casualties and securing the scene.
The Brigade was called at 2142 and the incident was over for firefighters by 2226. Two fire engines and around ten firefighters from Stoke Newington and Islington fire stations attended the scene.
