Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters responded to a fire on Millers Court, in Ravenscourt.
The fire occurred in a mid-terraced house of four floors. Most of a loft conversion was damaged by the fire, and part of the second floor was also damaged by flames. There are no reports of any injuries.
The fire is believed to have been accidental and caused by the unsafe use of a heat source.
The Brigade was called about the fire at 0932, and crews from Chiswick, Hammersmith and Paddington attended the scene. Firefighters had the fire under control by 1153.
