Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a grass fire near Mollison Avenue in Enfield.
An area of shrubland of 200x200m was damaged by the fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 1522 and the incident was over for firefighters at 1628. Crews from Enfield and Chingford Fire Stations attended the scene alongside Essex County Fire and Rescue Service.
