Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a fire at a block of maisonettes on Bagshot Street in Southwark.
A small part of the second floor of a maisonette was damaged by the fire. There were no reports of any injuries.
Control Officers took the first of five calls at 1821 and mobilised crews from Lambeth, Peckham, Brixton and New Cross fire stations to the scene. The incident was over for firefighters at 1919.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade and the Metropolitan Police Service.
