LFB in a digital world is London Fire Brigade's information and technology strategy covering the period 2020 to 2023, and updates the strategy published in 2019. It sets out our digital priorities, and will be refreshed annually.

We accept the recommendations in both the Phase 1 Grenfell report and HM Inspectorate of Constabulary and FRS report. London Fire Brigade needs to learn to adapt in a more agile and rapid way. The Transformation Delivery Plan is the beginning of our transformation process and we will be working with our people to implement and develop the plan as we continue to improve. Our Transformation Delivery Plan sets out the Brigade’s short, medium and long-term priorities for change.
