LFB Transformation Delivery Plan

We accept the recommendations in both the Phase 1 Grenfell report and HM Inspectorate of Constabulary and FRS report. London Fire Brigade needs to learn to adapt in a more agile and rapid way. The Transformation Delivery Plan is the beginning of our transformation process and we will be working with our people to implement and develop the plan as we continue to improve. Our Transformation Delivery Plan sets out the Brigade’s short, medium and long-term priorities for change.

Effectiveness, efficiency and people 2018/19 - London Fire Brigade

Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services (HMICFRS) has inspected FRSs across England for the first time. The focus was on the service provided to the public, and the way available resources were used. The inspection assesses how effectively and efficiently London Fire Brigade prevents, protects the public against and responds to fires and other emergencies. They also assess how well LFB looks after the people who work for the service.

Human Resources (HR) Statistical Abstract

The Human Resources (HR) Statistical Abstract provides a range of 'people' data about LFB staff from 2014 onwards (updated quarterly). It covers workforce composition, including senior management/top earners data, recruitment outcomes, leavers, and grievance/discipline. Data is shown for the organisation as a whole and by occupational group cases.
